Past Tenant Reference Rating

Our rating system is based on the tenants performance during the agreed lease period. The rating range is 1 to 5 stars(*) with 5 being the highest possible rating a tenant can receive.

This is in no way to be confused with the tenants credit rating or credit history. The information provided is based solely on the time period the tenant was under lease with our company and the results of that tenancy.

These are the 4 factors we use to determine our rating of past tenants.

2. Property Upkeep
3. Overall Condition at Move-out
4. Substantiated Compaints

We supply full names with middle initials only. We do not disclose personal information. Tenants have the right to appeal their rating in writing to our office within 30 days of posting.
